Hlombe and Associates is looking to employ the services of an experienced Training Co-ordinator who will be reporting to our Training Manager and assist with co-ordination of all training, Quality Management Systems (QMS) and accreditation processes and activities.


• Designing and development of training programs in conjunction with the Training Manager

• Liaising with and co-ordination of facilitators, assessors and moderators

• Sourcing of training venues

• Training material sourcing and packaging for training programs

• Overseeing  of facilitation, assessment, moderation, learner uploading and verification processes

• Being responsible for all training department administrative duties

• Overall training project co-ordination


• Proven 5-year work experience as a Training Co-coordinator or relevant position

• Track record in executing successful training programs

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

• Strong writing and record keeping ability

• Relevant qualification in education, human resources or any other relevant field
