Training Provider


This candidate will be solely responsible for acting as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Ensuring smooth running of administrative activities on a daily and long-term basis will be their ultimate responsibility.


• Management of office equipment and stationery

• Maintenance and update of company databases

• Organising a filing system for important and confidential company documents

• Responding to queries from employees and clients

• Providing general support to visitors

• Maintenance of a company calendar and schedule appointments

• Meeting minute taking

• Client liaison

• Preparing reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

• Arranging travel and accommodation for other staff members


• A proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role

• Solid knowledge of office procedures

• Experience with office management software like MS

• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail
